Southeast Diving Team & Company Story

North & Southeast Diving is proudly owned by Jeffery Balentine and Fabiano Honda. After years of dedicated service, Andre advanced through the ranks from diver to Managing Supervisor and now oversees all aspects of our Performance Cleaning Division. Our underwater cleaning teams are made up of highly motivated, experienced, and professional commercial divers. Head Diver Vinnie leads our Performance Cleaning dive teams, ensuring every job meets our high standards for quality and safety.

Office & Operations

Our Office Manager plays a key role in organizing daily operations and has helped perfect our digital scheduling system to ensure efficient service and reliable scheduling for our clients. Working together, our Office Manager and Fabiano have built a strong operational foundation that supports our continued growth.

Trained by husband-and-wife dive team Jeffery and Lauren, our service team members are continually improving their skills and raising the bar to find new and innovative ways to better serve our customers throughout South Florida.

Port Management

Bowie Balentine serves as our Port Manager. He recruits, trains, and leads our skilled dive teams, providing the motivation and leadership that have been crucial to the success of our port operations and underwater maintenance services.

Our Founder’s Story

“I’ve always loved the water and have been in and around it for as long as I can remember. I come from a family of divers, so working underwater has always felt natural to me. Growing up, I developed a strong fascination with boats and yachts. I liked them so much that I began learning everything I could about them—and I haven’t stopped since. The more I learned, the deeper my appreciation grew for these incredible vessels.”

In 1989, armed with an old set of dive gear and basic cleaning equipment, I started my own business cleaning boats for $50 per vessel. I was meticulous and detail-oriented with every job, and it didn’t take long for other boat owners to notice. Soon, word spread about the quality of my underwater boat cleaning services, and more clients began requesting my work.

Over the years, I’ve had the privilege of serving the underwater cleaning and maintenance needs of hundreds—if not thousands—of boats and yachts throughout Florida’s Tri-County area, including Miami-Dade County, Broward County, and the Palm Beaches. As demand grew, I continued to invest my time, money, and effort into perfecting my craft. My goal was simple: to deliver the very best underwater boat and yacht cleaning and maintenance services in South Florida—while keeping rates competitive and affordable.
